The news of the Guizhou Provincial Industrial Energy Conservation Work Conference held on May 16th revealed that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, Guizhou Province will implement five major energy-saving storm plans, actively promote industrial energy conservation, and strive to form an energy-saving capacity of more than 6 million tons of standard coal.

According to the Guizhou Economic and Information Technology Commission, the province’s five major energy-saving plans are: the industrial boiler energy efficiency improvement plan, the industrial waste heat and pressure utilization plan, the “energy-efficient power plant” construction plan, the optimized energy supply action plan, and the energy conservation industry incubation plan.

The specific contents of the five major storm plans are: the use of high-efficiency boilers to replace backward boilers; the use of advanced, mature energy-saving technology, recycling of tail gas, waste heat and residual pressure in key industries such as cement, coking, yellow phosphorus, sulfuric acid, ammonia, ferroalloys; Select electricity and electricity saving, reactive power compensation, renewable energy-saving transformers, green lighting and other energy-saving technical measures to form a certain amount of energy-saving capacity, build "energy-efficient power plants"; optimize and improve the original energy supply methods, and vigorously promote Industrial parks central heating demonstration projects and regional cogeneration projects, actively explore the construction of distributed energy stations; focus on fostering a group of specialized energy-saving industry companies, support energy-saving service companies to carry out contract energy management projects, encourage the expansion of energy-saving products manufacturing enterprises The scale of production, extension of the industrial chain, and expansion of the industry.
