In order to build a cooperation platform for industry, universities, research and development for the petrochemical industry, the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Development Center has initiated a series of key universities, local governments, and large and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises. The “Petroleum Technology Transfer Alliance†was established at this meeting. Milling is the process of cutting and drilling material using a rotating cylindrical tool. This tool is held in a spindle and comes in a variety of sizes and forms.
