On December 18, the Nan'an Chamber of Commerce's Plumbing and Heating Branch was formally established in Fuzhou, the provincial capital. Wang Jianye, chairman and general manager of the brilliant plumbing group, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting is divided into three agendas.
