Halogen Moisture Analyzer Operation Process:

1. Press the ON/OFF button to start the instrument (use the manual off mode setting as an example).

2. Open the moisture analyzer cover, place an empty sample pan flat on the sample pan support, and place the sample pan support in the weighing room to ensure that the tongue of the sample pan support fits tightly into the slot of the hood unit.

3. Press the Tare key to zero the moisture meter. A new display with the introduction will appear.

4. Place the sample evenly in the sample pan, close the lid, and the initial weight of the sample is displayed on the screen.

5. Press the Start/Stop Start/Stop button to start the drying and measuring process with the moisture analyzer.

6. After running or completing, press Display repeatedly to display different data: MOISTURE, SOLIDS, REGAIN, GRAMS and drying curve. To stir the sample, simply open the lid, stir the sample, close the lid, and the test will continue.

7. Stop the test Press Start/Stop Start/Stop to record the data.

8. Open the cover and carefully remove the sample tray holder from the heating chamber to remove the sample.

9. Press the ON/OFF key to turn off the instrument and leave the instrument in stand-by. Clean the sample pan and allow it to dry.
