After the intake of chamber A, the left slide valve moves to the left and the right slide valve moves to the left. At this time, the intake in chamber D and the exhaust in chamber C stop the intake and exhaust. Then the left slide valve moves to the left again, and the right slide valve moves right to the middle. At this time, the chamber B is in the intake, the chamber A is exhausted, and the chambers C and D stop the intake and exhaust.
