Why do garbage trucks leak oil?

After more than a year and a half of loading, garbage trucks have seen oil spills. In many cases, garbage truck drivers do not understand how oil spills occur. In fact, the leakage of garbage trucks is mostly caused by the following problems. It is not a big problem, but daily leakage is not a solution.

The following are some common faults that have been summarized by the Garbage Truck Design Department of Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. The following points can be used to reduce the leakage of the garbage truck.
1. The product (accessory) is poor in quality, material, or process; there is a problem with the structural design of the garbage truck.

2. Improper assembly of high speed, improper mating surfaces, broken gaskets, displacement, or failure to install according to operating specifications.

3. The tightening force of the tightening nut is not uniform, the slide wire is broken or the looseness is loose, and the work is invalid.

4. Excessive wear, aging, and deterioration of the seal material after long-term use will result in loose seals due to deformation.

5. Too much lubricating oil, too high oil level or wrong oil.

6. Deformation and deformation of the joint surface of the components (such as side covers and thin-walled parts) and damage to the housing will cause the oil to leak out.

7. After the air plug and the one-way valve are blocked, due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the box, it often causes oil leakage in the weak sealing area.
