To improve the combustion efficiency, the temperature during the combustion process is critical. In the 1990s, the leading product of the Shanghai Boiler Plant was a 300,000-kilowatt subcritical boiler with a main steam outlet temperature of around 540 degrees Celsius. At the beginning of this century, the 600,000-kilowatt supercritical boiler steam outlet temperature had reached around 570 degrees Celsius; in recent years, The steam outlet temperature of the 1 million-kilowatt ultra-supercritical boiler reached 605 degrees Celsius. The "domest domestic optimum" is at least 11 grams lower than the "international optimum" but also 2 grams lower. For a large kilowatt-scale power plant, a 1 gram reduction in coal consumption per kilowatt-hour for power supply means that it can save 10 million yuan.
