Recently, the reporter learned from FAW Jilin Automobile Co., Ltd. that the Xenia utility vehicle co-produced by the company and Daihatsu Industrial Co., Ltd. will use FAW-branded vehicles, and the brand name will be changed from "FAW Daihatsu" to "China FAW" and the product name It will also be changed from "Donghia Senya" to "FAW Senya" to compensate for the impact of "Dai Fat" brand's weakness on terminal sales.

Since then, Senya will continue to produce and sell FAW's own branded products.

The relevant person in charge of FAW Jilin Automobile stated that Senya's production, sales and services will not be affected by the “replacement of standards”. As FAW Group continues to increase its support for its own brands and FAW Jilin Automobile, Senya will usher in a new period of development.

It is understood that Senya's autonomy after the bid change will be gradually accelerated, and will get strong support from the FAW Group for its own brand camp.

Before this, Xenia had 84 dealerships across the country, which seriously affected market performance and development.
