To do this, three selection parameters must be implemented, namely, the maximum, minimum, and common instantaneous flow rates in the near-term and long-term, the planned pressure of the measured medium, and the operating pressure.
2, using the former calibration
On the one hand, considering the current on-the-spot verification of such flow sensors, there are still such difficulties. In addition, if the purpose of the purchase is to prepare this kind of flow sensor for use in more important measurement occasions, such as high-volume trade measurement or measurement cementation, the measurement points are more prominent, and the use of the site does not have the flow online calibration conditions. , In this case, it is premature to conclude that the flow sensor is fully qualified only by the confirmation of a factory shipment that was supplied by the manufacturer at the time of purchase. 3, do a good job of technical devices
Although this type of flow sensor does not have a lot of special requirements for the technical device and the operating environment, there is a commonality in any kind of flow measurement appearance that prevents vibration and high temperature environments from disturbing the components with the off-flow state and keeping the flow sensor as much as possible. 4, strengthen the post-processing
Although the precession vortex flowmeter has many features of active disposal and micro power consumption, it needs to be strengthened after it is put into operation. For example, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the flow sensor for a long time, the system should be calibrated regularly, the header data should be copied, the media parameters should be replaced, the battery status should be checked from time to time, and the flow sensor coefficients and seals should be checked.
5, pay attention to internal protection
If the measuring chamber and its components of the flow sensor are regularly viewed or cleaned due to the contamination of the gas or other reasons, there is one point that must be paid special attention to: the eddy attack body and the guiding fluid of the same standard precession vortex flow sensor. The isocenter components cannot be exchanged, otherwise, the external metering coefficients must be calibrated from the beginning and the temperature and pressure sensors provided must be calibrated.
