The factory is constructed in four phases and is expected to be completed by the end of 2015. The annual production capacity will reach 11.6 million pieces, including 1.6 million pieces of truck and bus tires, and annual sales will reach US$1 billion.

With the booming domestic luxury car market and the increasing consumer demand for high-performance tires in the past two years, in 2012 Hankook Tire continued to increase its R&D and promotion of high-end products, and also made major breakthroughs in high-end packaging. . Hankook Tire in 2012 the proportion of sales of large-size tires over 15 inches up to 60%, while the ultra-high performance tires (UHPT) sales accounted for 26%.

In February last year, Hankook Tire's domestic two branded service franchises, T-Sta-tion and TireTown, unveiled the brand new logo “Hankook Mas-ters” to unify brand image and improve service quality.
