Baoji Hi-tech Industrial Park is located in Wuzhangyuan Town, south of the Weihe River in Caijiapo District. It is east of the Gongliudaihe Bridge, west of the Caiyang Bridge, north of the Weihe River Embankment, and south of the Qinling Mountains. The planning period is 2008. -2020. In accordance with the principles of intensive use and scientific layout, the park divides its structural functions into “one core, two landscape belts, and seven functional areas”, that is, building a large-scale eco-car culture theme featuring 1,000 acres of man-made lake water surface and large green areas. The park integrates comprehensive administration, commerce, finance, culture, and entertainment into a core area of ​​the central city; two landscape belts include the Nanxun Ecological Landscape Zone and the southwest ecological landscape belt on Surabaya; the seven functional areas include the Shaanxi Auto mini vehicle. The main vehicle production group, three automobile supporting industry groups and three residential groups. The industrial park is based on the world-class automobile city standard and consists of four parks and one district, three bases, and five centers. The park plans to include the automobile testing ground, automobile research institute, automobile exhibition center, and automobile ecological park. , is committed to building a car industry cluster that integrates R&D, production, testing, testing, sales, car rental, trading, logistics, and display, and involves the whole process of automobile production. According to the introduction of the staff of the Automotive Industry Park, the current industrial park has signed contracts for investment in 300,000 mini-vehicles and 30,000 construction vehicles in Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Automobile Tongjia Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Auto Co., Ltd., and the mini-vehicle project has been officially launched. The geological exploration drilling work and backfilling of construction roads have basically been completed. Accumulative backfilling of sand and gravel within the scope of land acquisition is approximately 70,000 square feet. The project of auto boulevards, power distribution and water supply has also started. At the same time, in order to gradually realize the start-up construction of parts and components companies, the Industrial Park has already negotiated with more than 10 auto parts enterprises inside and outside the province. The auto parts and accessories park with an investment of 300 million yuan is expected to start construction in the near future. Some of the infrastructure projects in the park, such as businesses, schools, hospitals, and residences, have started construction.

In addition, thousands of acres of lakes, car roads, Zhanqian Avenue, and Kongming Avenue, where the design has been completed, are also starting to work. In order to ensure that all key projects are completed and put into operation on schedule, the Automobile Industry Park Authority has contacted several banks such as the Shaanxi Provincial Development Bank, the Industrial Bank, and the Municipal Commercial Bank to implement the park infrastructure funds. At present, the relevant design units are coordinating with the construction of high-speed railways, adjusting the planning of some sections of the automobile industry park and the preparation of the control detailed planning for the automobile industry park, and doing a good job for the Shaanxi Automobile mini-vehicle and other projects.
