According to an announcement, the total construction area of ​​the newly-built factory buildings, office buildings, and supporting ancillary houses is 33,450 m2. 102 sets of major production, testing, and testing equipment have been newly added, and a remanufacturing production line with an annual production capacity of 10,000 remanufactured automobile engines has been built. .

According to forecast, the construction period of the project is 36 months, and the normal production capacity of the remanufactured engine is 10,000 units. All products are sold domestically for service stations, 4S shop engine overhaul, etc.; the project's normal annual new sales revenue is 288,158,300 yuan (including tax). The net profit was 27,979,900 yuan.

The company said that the rapid development of China's auto industry, the average annual auto scrap is expected to be more than 300 million. Compared with manufacturing new products, remanufactured products must not be inferior to prototypes in terms of product features, technical performance, greenness, economy, and other quality characteristics. The remanufacturing cost is only 50% of new products, energy saving is more than 60%, and material saving is 70%. Above, air pollutant emissions can be reduced by more than 80%.

The company points out that this kind of competitive advantage brought by cost saving can enable enterprises to provide homogenous products to customers at lower prices and improve the market competitiveness of their products. On the other hand, through the reduction in the price of products brought about by the reduction of costs, some groups that are otherwise unable to consume the product can become new customers.
